Sustainable Nutrition Series
Join me in 2024 for a new series. Together we’ll build community as we explore regenerative growing practices, delve into kitchen and herbal medicine and expand beyond basic cooking into holistic wellness.
We will gather monthly at Massaro Community Farm in Woodbridge for a series of hands-on workshops that will support your journey to overall health while also having a positive impact on our planet.
Courses are conducted in a 3-part series each season tuning in to all our rich region has to offer
Pricing is on a sliding scale; you choose the price point that’s right for you. If this series is still out of your reach, please reach out to the farm office (203-736-8618); we’d like to work with you! We strive to make all educational offerings accessible to anyone who wants to attend.
